"Advice of amendment to the pricing of Bortezomib, Velcade® brand, listed under Section 85, effective 1 November 2007.

Please note for Velcade®, that the dispensed price for item numbers 9117W and 9118X, powder for injection 3.5mg, should be $6971.40  for 4 vials and not $1776.93 as noted in the Schedule. The amended price will be effective for all claims from 1 November 2007, and the December Schedule will reflect the correct price."
