Transitional arrangements for General Schedule deletions and replacements - 1 June 2017 PBS Schedule

The following items have been deleted from the PBS Schedule on 1 June 2017:
- Fluticasone 100 microgram/actuation + vilanterol 25 microgram/actuation powder for inhalation, 30 actuations, item 10199T
- Fluticasone 200 microgram/actuation + vilanterol 25 microgram/actuation powder for inhalation, 30 actuations, item 10167D
New items have been added:
- Fluticasone furoate 100 microgram/actuation + vilanterol 25 microgram/actuation powder for inhalation, 30 actuations, item 11124L
- Fluticasone furoate 200 microgram/actuation + vilanterol 25 microgram/actuation powder for inhalation, 30 actuations, item 11129R
To minimise disruption to patients, DHS will honour existing prescriptions (10199T &10167D) written for the deleted item codes before 1 June 2017 for a period of 12 months.
