Applications for authority to prescribe under the Repatriation Pharmaceutical Benefits Scheme (RPBS) should be sent to the Veterans' Affairs Pharmaceutical Advisory Centre (VAPAC) using either:

• the Form Upload function in Health Professional Online Services (HPOS); or
• the free postal service
