The 2026-27 Cost Recovery Implementation Statement (CRIS) for listing medicines on the Pharmaceutical Benefits Scheme (PBS) and the designated vaccines on the National Immunisation Program (NIP) is now published and takes effect on 1 July 2026.
Public consultation on the draft 2026-27 PBS-NIP CRIS was undertaken from 1 May to 12 June 2026. A summary of stakeholder feedback, and responses from the Department is included in the CRIS.
