Pharmaceutical benefits that have the brand Salbutamol (as sulfate) (Accord, UK) may be substituted for pharmaceutical benefits that have the brand Ventolin Nebules or Salbutamol Cipla in case of shortage.
Pharmaceutical benefits that have a 30 x 2 pack size and a 20 x 3 pack size are equivalent for the purposes of substitution.
Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD)

Diagnosis of COPD should include measurement of airflow obstruction using spirometry, with confirmation of post-bronchodilator airflow obstruction.
