Pharmaceutical benefits that have the form atazanavir 300 mg capsule, 30 and pharmaceutical benefits that have the form atazanavir 300 mg capsule, 60 are equivalent for the purposes of substitution.

Patient must have previously received PBS-subsidised therapy for HIV infection,
AND
The treatment must be in combination with other antiretroviral agents.
