Generic Medicines Working Group - 27 March 2018

The Generic Medicines Working Group (GMWG) met in Sydney on 27 March 2018.
Attendees included representatives from the Generic and Biosimilar Medicines Association, industry and the Department of Health.
The GMWG were provided an update on the work of the PBS Transparency and Efficiencies, Biosimilar Policy, Uptake Drivers for Generic and Biosimilar Medicines and the Pricing Supply and Viability Subgroups.
Members noted the outcomes and actions from the previous GMWG meeting, endorsed the Pricing Supply and Viability Subgroup Scope and agreed for the scope to be published on the PBS website.
