Advice of the amendment to the pricing of NIZATIDINE, Tazac® brand

Please note for Tazac®, that the dispensed price for item numbers 1505F and 1504E, the maximum quantity of 60 capsules (150 mg), and 30 capsules (300 mg) should be $28.70 for 150 mg (brand premium $7.15), and $28.70 for 300 mg (brand premium $7.15) and not the dispensed price for the maximum quantities of $26.86, brand premiums of $5.30 as noted in the Schedule and on the website. The amended price will be effective for all claims from 1 April 2008, and the May 2008 Schedule will reflect the correct price.
