Advice of the amendment to the pricing of FLUCLOXACILLIN

Please note for LN Brand® of flucloxacillin, that the dispensed price for item number 9149M Powder for oral liquid 125 mg (as sodium) per 5 mL, 100 mL should be $15.94 not $13.05 as noted in the Schedule. In addition the LN Brand® of flucloxacillin, item number 9150N Powder for oral liquid 250 mg (as sodium) per 5 mL, 100 mL, dispensed price should be $19.65 not $15.88 as noted in the Schedule.  The amended prices will be effective for all claims from 1 December 2008 and the Schedule will be updated to reflect the correct prices from 1 February 2009.
