During the first half of 2015-16 consideration will be given to new governance arrangements under the Sixth Community Pharmacy Agreement (6CPA).  This will reflect the need for the Department to ensure that its meets its responsibilities in relation to the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013 and to ensure decisions are informed through consultation with one or more stakeholders as appropriate (in particular the Guild), which may include time limited working groups or multilateral forums. While this is occurring, the Agreement Consultative Committee will continue on the same basis as it did immediately prior to the end of the Fifth Community Pharmacy Agreement.
